Yellow brick road

The Wizard Of Oz is a wonderful story detailing how the answer you are desperately searching for is already there, living and breathing inside of you. Dorothy, The Tin Man, The Scarecrow, and The Lion set out on a journey to find what each of them believes is missing from within. Along the way, they traverse mountains, battle demons and witches, break down barriers only to discover that they can look inside to unlock the doors that help restore balance and harmony.

Your stories provide such keys. They potentially unlock the mystery that has remained hidden and slightly out of your grasp, where your experience of helpless despair, trauma bonding, crises and helplessness can be identified and rewritten, providing a new window into the self. As we come to understand the chapters that define our life story, we can begin to travel the yellow brick road with new awareness, where perceptions can begin to change, leading to a different life experience. Change the story and perception changes. Changed perception means changed experience and change in experience can alter brain biology.

Your story is the guide post. Understanding that story through a new lens with an intimate witness can change the course of your journey in going forward in your life. It can help lead you home.
